Job responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Curriculum Delivery:
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English language lessons that align with the American Curriculum standards.
Student Development:
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports students' academic and personal growth.
Assessment:
Assess and evaluate students’ progress through regular tests, assignments, and class activities; provide constructive feedback and support.
Classroom Management:
Maintain discipline and manage classroom behavior in a manner that supports a productive learning environment.
Collaboration:
Work closely with colleagues, parents, and school administration to ensure the effective implementation of educational programs and address students’ needs.
Professional Development:
Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies and educational trends; participate in professional development opportunities.
Job requirements
Qualifications:
Native English Speaker:
Must be a native English speaker with a high level of fluency.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field; teaching certification is
MOE Equivalency & MOE Approval
TLS issued by MOE
Experience:
Previous experience teaching English, ideally within an American Curriculum environment, is advantageous.
Skills:
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills; ability to create engaging lesson plans and adapt to various learning styles.
