• Failure to join the company after accepting a job offer may result in legal action directly by the corporate client, and not against M4 HR Consultancy (if any).

For Corporates:

• Corporates are expected to offer the position to candidates as agreed during the recruitment process.
• Withdrawal of a job offer or failure to provide the position to a candidate upon their joining may result in legal action directly by the candidate, and not against M4 HR Consultancy (if any).

5. Limitation of Liability

M4HRConsultancy acts solely as an intermediary between candidates and corporate clients. We are not liable for any disputes, legal actions, or claims arising from:

• A candidate's failure to join a company after accepting a job offer.
• A corporate client's decision not to offer the position to a candidate upon their joining.
• Any legal actions must be directed towards the respective party (candidate or corporate client) and not towards M4 HR Consultancy.

6. Data security

We take appropriate measures to protect the personal information of our candidates and corporate clients from unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
