- For Candidates: We provide job placement services, including job matching, resume submission, interview scheduling, and career advice.
- For Corporate Clients: We offer recruitment services, including candidate sourcing, screening, and placement based on your hiring requirements.
2. Registration and Account Security
- Account Information: You must provide accurate and complete information when registering with us. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information.
- Unauthorized Use: You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
3. Use of the Website
Permitted Use: You may use our website for lawful purposes related to job searching or hiring candidates.
Prohibited Use: You may not use our website for any unlawful or harmful activities, including but not limited to:
- Posting false, misleading, or defamatory information.
- Distributing viruses or harmful code.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
- Engaging in any activity that interferes with the operation of our website.
4. Candidate Obligations
- Accurate Information: Candidates must provide accurate and truthful information throughout the recruitment process.
- Commitment: Candidates who accept a job offer are expected to honor their commitment and join the company on the agreed-upon start date.
- Legal Action: If a candidate fails to join a company after accepting an offer, the company may pursue legal action directly against the candidate. M4 HR Consultancy will not be liable for any such disputes.
5. Corporate Client Obligations
- Fair Treatment: Corporate clients must provide candidates with accurate job descriptions, compensation details, and other relevant information.
- Commitment: Once a job offer is extended and accepted, the corporate client is expected to honor the offer and provide the candidate with the agreed-upon position.
- Legal Action: If a corporate client withdraws a job offer or fails to provide the position to the candidate upon joining, the candidate may pursue legal action directly against the corporate client. M4 HR Consultancy will not be liable for any such disputes.
6. Fees and Payment
- Service Fees: Corporate clients agree to pay all fees associated with our recruitment services as outlined in the contract. Failure to make timely payment may result in suspension of services.
- No Candidate Fees: We do not charge candidates any fees for job placement services.
7. Limitation of Liability
- General Limitation: M4 HR Consultancy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our website or services.
- Specific Limitation: We are not responsible for any disputes, legal actions, or claims arising between candidates and corporate clients. Any legal action must be directed towards the respective party (candidate or corporate client) and not against M4 HR Consultancy.
8. Termination
- By You: You may terminate your account and cease using our services at any time, by providing one month's notice in writing.
- By Us: We may terminate or suspend your access to our website and services at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates.
10. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our website or services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
